Bay State Physical Therapy takes all kinds of insurance. They schedule your appointments out in advance, they send appointment reminders everybody is very friendly and they have excellent services. The front desk coordinator Manny is absolutely amazing. A plus they Chiropractic services and Gus. Really great service..

The therapists are Very adept at all phases of rehabilitation and can treat any injury. I initially arrived at Bay State with crutches and could barely walk.However after completing all my therapy, I literally bounced out the door. Shout Outs to Caity (The Best), Manny, Kat, Billy,and Brett.Cant say enough about their Knowledge, Professionalism, and Genuine concern about getting their patients back to 100%. I Highly recommend all the staff at Bay State Physical Therapy in Saugus. They will not disappoint you!!
