My 8 month old puppy was very difficult. In addition to normal puppy behaviors (jumping, nipping, etc) she was showing resource guarding behavior and was afraid of most everything, I could not even take her for a walk.
In desperation I called Abbi. We met and agreed my puppy would do well on the 2 week day train program with the e-collar.
The first week was slow, but by week 2 we were noticing improvement At the end of 2 weeks, Abbi showed my how to do everything that she had taught the puppy. She was like a different dog, I nearly cried.

Noelle was a part of the good dogs, Polite Paws leash manners class. Week one, Noelle Was chewing on her leash as we walked. Guidance from Abby, the Trainer and by week four, Noelle was a very polite pup in the store at the door waiting And always checking in with me. This is the beginning of a lasting relationship Between Noelle a tripod Rescue And her mama .. I cannot thank Abby enough for her patience and guidance. This process. We had a great experience with Abbi at The Good Dog. Our dog Millie participated in the Chill Canine group course. Millie can be very reactive on leash, so I was unsure if we would make it through the course. Abbi was patient and provided practical tips to help us improve Millie’s reactions. She was also extremely conscientious about safety and spending time with each dog. Training will always be a process for Millie, but we are headed in the right direction because of The Good Dog! We are excited to participate in more sessions!
