Rich was recommended, but I did get another quote from a larger co that was significantly higher. He gave us a fair price. Rich did an amazing job and his work is impeccable. He was able to replace water damaged sheathing and support studs in several places. He also fixed a long time leak. His knowledge and skill are outstanding and Rich can adjust as he goes if needed. The siding looks fantastic, all lights remounted on fabricated blocks and the gutters were remounted with better pitch to keep water flowing properly to downspout. Ala in all, Rich was a pleasure to work with and we are ecstatic with the results.

We had Richard install replacement windows, and re side our home earlier this year. We couldn’t be happier with the work that he did. He’s honest, trustworthy, reliable and he does great work. We would not hesitate to use him for any future projects, and we recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor on the Cape.

Rich, the owner, does the work himself, shows up on-time (early actually!), is fairly priced, involves you in the details and steps of the process, leaves no trace when he leaves, and most importantly does high quality work! Can’t think of much else I could want in my contractor!
