I had a scary eye problem and am still dealing with the issue but pleased OCB is my ophthalmologist. I received a call after hours to assess my issue. And when following back, told by another doctor he would see me on a Saturday if I would feel better seeing someone earlier than Monday. Normally I am in their Waltham office but was on holiday on the Cape and their clinical admin arranged an appointment in Sandwich to see a retina specialist. I just loved the outreach they offer with excellent personnel on staff.

Could not have been more pleased with the Sandwich OCB office. I was vacationing on the Cape when I clearly (haha) had a retina issue. I was able to be seen within 2 days and Dr. Liao diagnosed me with a retinal tear and was able to repair it same-day. He stayed late and added me on to his already long day to fix me up. Thank you so much Dr. Liao and the wonderful staff in Sandwich!

This place is very good. The office staff are courteous and professional; my physician answers my questions and handles my difficult procedure very well; and the wait times, while often pretty long, are reasonable for the huge number of patients they have to treat every day.
If you are reading lots of negative reviews, bear in mind that most of the people getting treatment at this OCB skew towards being much older, relatively affluent snowbirds who are chronically dissatisfied with any service they get.
I have observed some truly atrocious behavior by older patients at this practice who lose their minds over the wait for treatment, and frankly I don't know how the office… read full review
