My experience with EcoGeek began with a an urgent situation and their ability to accommodate me was so impressive, I knew that I found a long-term provider of service. While everyone is professional, patient, and kind, Mike, Linda, Amy, and Jeremy have gone beyond expectations. This is a company who prides itself on doing a professional and thorough job. I was dealing with a swarm of bees that seemed like they made a hive inside the shingles of my house -- I'm really afraid of bees and thought they were wasps so I've been staying away. I called EcoGeek and they were able to send someone out the next day, he was very nice and called me 20 minutes before arriving, and even got here 15mins early than the two hour window. After putting on a very fashionable bee suit and inspecting the situation, it turns out they're honeybees. He gave us info to have them removed humanely at no cost, which I appreciate because as much as I don't want to be near them, I know those little guys are important.
