I’ve never left a review for any service before, but am compelled to write this one. The folks at Cunningham not only responded super quickly, they also had us send them a picture of the bug we were concerned with and told us what it was and that it wasn’t something that we needed service for. They saved us from paying for a diagnostic visit and made our stress level go way down. They will be our go-to company for any exterminating needs we have.Service: General pest inspection

Tim Cunningham is my go-to for anything relating to insect removal, rodent traps, ants, etc… He, and Colette at the business, are responsive, through and professional. I have used them for a few years since purchasing residential and commercial business properties, and they have been great.

Cunningham Termite and Pest Control has been my go to coming ever since buying my home in Falmouth in 2017. I believe in working with small businesses as I own one myself. Tim and the crew are always very attentive, respond and come out when they say are going to and the pricing is always fair and reasonable. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for annual maintenance on the Cape

Since then, Tim has worked for large companies in pest control, rising quickly through the ranks of pest operation, sales, and management. After gaining valuable experience and knowledge of all aspects of this business, Tim decided to go into business for himself and Cunningham Termite And Pest Control was started.
