I went to Jan 7 years ago and loved hot yoga. I stoipped going because life got crazy busy and I pout everyone else first. I am beyond grateful that she did an email blast on her anniversary to announce a new program call Learn 2 Fly, which got me back into yoga. Best decision I have done for myself, in the past7 years. Jan is an amazing instructor and pushes you to be your best. Take time for you and learn to fly, you will be happy you did!
Expect to work smarter not harder. Understanding 26 moves and how each is performed is adjusting and elongating my spine. After two serious accidents in the past few years, my body is starting to come together again!
