“I was fortunate to work with Mel and Katie for my wedding this past Saturday. From the very first point of communication Mel was so wonderful to work with. She was easily the most responsive vendor I had. She also did my eyelash extensions and brow wax/tint before the wedding along with a makeup trial that all came out perfectly.She and Katie did hair and makeup for 8 of us total, they were efficient without rushing, they were kind and helped make the whole getting ready process relaxing. They even finished ahead of schedule which gave me time to eat lunch before photos! I wanted to cut my hair as a surprise to the groom and Katie executed it perfectly, and it was a substantial chop no less. She did a fantastic job with all my bridesmaids and my mother (who was very particular about what she wanted) and was able to deliver what everyone envisioned without batting an eye. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted, and on the wedding day I decided to change my style a bit from what we agreed upon at the trial - she knew what I wanted immediately! It came out better than I could’ve envisioned. She is a great person to have in your corner on your wedding day; I had the most fun and relaxing morning! Everyone’s hair stayed in during windy outdoor photos, the entire wedding & reception and the after party (even the after-after party!).“
