If we could give 5000 stars we would. Our business would not be here without JJ Welch. There aren’t enough accolades to say how great our experience has been with Justin and his crew. From our first call, we were treated with warmth and respect. We had recently signed our lease and the clock was ticking for us to build out and get our coffee shop open. Every contractor we spoke to was taking weeks of precious time to even bid, and then coming in way over budget. Justin walked in, asked what the budget was, looked at the space, said “I’ve done more for less!” And we were off to the races. Building permit was in the next day. He hired amazing sub contractors and vendors to do great work, and managed everything - including our expectations - to stay within budget. Even though we are small, we’re a specialty coffee shop with complicated plumbing and electrical requirements. Everything was handled perfectly. And our space is even more beautiful than we could have imagined, people are constantly posting and commenting about it. All this happened in less than two months, during the pandemic, and over the holidays!! How is this possible? JJ Welch is so skilled, expert, and truly caring about not just their clients but also the community. Justin truly treated us like family. We even named a drink after him! Come get the JJ Welch!
Justin and his team are great to work with, they help bring my wife salon concept into a reality. Although it take longer than expected with design delay they deliver what we ask for. Overall we had a great experience with Justin and his team. Thank you for the great work and hope we have a chance to work together again on a new concept.
