The staff were very welcoming and I was very happy with my "Christmas" nails. I visit Salem often from Hawaii, and now, this is the nail salon I will go to during my visits. Aloha! ???

Donna is AMAZING!! She has always been so welcoming and kind! For years she has provided my mom and I with great small talk and laughs for the whole hour and a half. She knows every customer by name while taking her time and keeping a great and clean environment. We love JIA Nails!!

Sasa is absolutely AMAZING! She is a pure perfectionist and her work is seemingly perfection! She is pleasant and efficient! My nails have never looked better. Absolutely gorgeous- best manicure I’ve ever had in over a decade! She precise and super talented!
