I've been a patient of Jeff's for nearly 20 years. The entire crew is always friendly and accommodating. The North Shore just got 2 feet of snow dumped on it earlier this week making parking nearly impossible however I managed to beach my car along a half foot of hardened slush along the parking spaces in front of the office. 40 minutes later the checkup/cleaning was complete and I was back out on the street and ready to go. While getting into the spot was relatively easy getting out proved to be impossible. I kept trying to get momentum but my car wouldn't budge. I just left after getting a wisdom tooth extraction! As someone who usually dreads going to the dentist the entire process was so incredibly positive I had to write a review!! Everyone at this office is so kind and accommodating and the space is much more comfortable and homey than most dental offices. For context I hadn't been to the dentist 2019 because of a mixture of shame and anxiety. I know logically my teeth aren't nearly as bad as other people's but I still get so afraid of dentists judging how long I wait to seek care. Each visit to Dr. Casiglias office has been wonderful! Friendly staff attending to every need, making you feel comfortable every step of the way and keeping you well informed. They are very efficient, kind and flexible. I highly recommend this office for all your dental work!
