Salute to Cape Cargo’s customer service rep, Jay! We were awaiting a Home Depot delivery for several days and we were up against the clock. Clock was winning. Our item arrived in Cape Cargo’s warehouse just after the delivery trucks left to make the daily deliveries. We just missed it. Enter Legendary Jay of Cape Cod Bay! Within a couple of hours he had a special van loaded up with our item and on its way to us on the Outer Cape. Super professional drivers. Super professional staff. Top notch service. Highly recommend!
I use Cape Cargo whenever I get a chance. They are excellent at communication, they do what they say they will do and the staff couldn't be more friendly and knowledgeable. Jay is a delight to work with.
It has been a pleasure working with Cape Cargo and in particular, Mike. In a post covid world where it's hard to get anything done, Mike has been there for me every time. He's informative, he follows up, and he's organized. Most of all, he's nice to work with. I would give more stars if possible!
