This review is long overdue but here it goes. I recently purchased a house that had 50+ years of wear and tear on the hardwood floors. The original owner had cats that left unbearable smells and stains everywhere in the house. I knew I needed these floors redone to make the house livable and comfortable. I did some researching on who could get these floors done professionally and found a solution. I met Roger and I could tell that he knew what he was all about. I had him tour the whole house and he knew the kind of wood flooring I had right away and the way he spoke shows how dedicated and educated he is with his work. His estimate for the five rooms and stairs was very fair and it took him and his team less than a week to get it all done. I checked in a few of those days and I would talk with him for an hour about how much filth he pulled up from the floors and everything about flooring and ideas on furnishing my house. Every little detail and crevice went unfinished. Before their job was complete, him and his helper vacuumed everything up. I mean windows, tops of cabinets and everywhere dust would end up. Not a single particle of dust was left behind. I recommend RJ Sanding to everyone who wants the job done right! I couldn’t stop telling my coworkers about these guys, my floors are so beautiful I don’t even want them covered up with rugs.
