Alex and his team are awesome. From our initial phone call, the team has been excellent. The communication has been clear and prompt, Alex is extremely knowledgeable and walked us through his recommendations and he is incredibly easy to work with. We met with Alex for a consultation on several of our aging and newer trees for our condo association. Even though the scope of work was outside of Schwan's Tree Care scope (our trees are too large and close to electrical wires), Alex still took the time to carefully provide thoughtful recommendations and input.
