Deborah's kickboxing classes are a great workout and so much fun!! She challenges you with a dynamic energetic workout that gets your heart pumping. If you have injuries or limitations she's able to suggest safe alternatives and adaptations. It's a fun group of ladies and a great way to release some stress. 🥊🥊🥊

Finding the right activity for young teens can be tough, but Goldsmith Martial Arts has been a perfect fit for our 13-year-old son. The structure of the classes has really helped boost his confidence and focus. Master Goldsmith is professional, welcoming, and truly excellent at mentoring this age group.
