I’ve been taking the remote kickboxing class since April. I really don’t know what I would do without it during this pandemic. Deborah watches me so I don’t want to slack and I keep my intensity up. She is great with instruction and does the movements with us. I need this accountability! Without this class I would be distracted and not get a good workout in. Deborah is really knowledgeable about fitness too so I feel I can ask her questions and she will stear me in the right direction.

Deborah is a great teacher. She explains the moves in detail which I need. Currently I'm taking online kickboxing classes 3-4 times a week. It's a great full body workout...I'm sore (in a good way) all over. It's awesome cardio and I totally need that to clear my mind! BUT the BEST thing is the accountability and I need the motivation to work out! She interacts with us and keeps us going all thru the class. I could just find a class on YouTube but I would slack off and not get a good workout. These classes are my sanity during this unpredictable time.

Goldsmith's is a second home for my children . They are each learning confidence, sense of self and strength of character . All children should receive this gift . It is not a standard modern karate class, it is a timeless approach that does not put trophy and belt advancements before the true art and understanding of the lessons in martial arts !
