“I contacted NMTI to have my roof replaced to prepare for solar panel installation. Ramon came out initially to discuss any issues I had and to evaluate the roof structure. He addressed the issues I saw and recommended metal valleys. He also recommended altering the front of the roof since I don’t have fascia boards or soffits to prevent water from seeping behind the siding. Which was one of my concerns. Toby and his team were excellent partners, working with us on items we were particular about (example: high quality insulation, effective sound dampening, etc.) and getting the project finished quickly. All of the subcontractors Toby brought in were professional and effective and Toby (or a member of his team) showed up nearly every day to check on the progress. “We hired Perry-Murphy construction for an extensive job on our house in Newbury, MA. Our 15 x 10ft picture window looking over Plum Island was leaking. We hired Perry-Murphy to replace the rotted wood and windows add beautiful sliding doors to a beautiful new deck! The team (Art, Sean, and Andre, specifically) were wonderful in working with us as we picked out all the elements from windows, to doors, decking, and railing.
