I love everything about Buddhaful Souls. Their classes are amazing, and their spa is even better! BSYS is a 1 stop shop for everything you need to relax. Plenty of yoga classes: beginners to more advanced, pre-natal, hot, and children classes. Great for all ages and levels. The sound lounge and massages with Helen are heavenly. And I always find the perfect little gift in the store front.
Elissa and the BSYS made my daughter’s 6th birthday party AMAZING 🧘🏻♀ All the kids left feeling great and they all told their parents they can’t wait to go back for more yoga! What a truly special space for kids to be a part of 💕
This is my favorite yoga studio in the area! I’ve tried them all and just love Elissa and all of the instructors so much. The studios are beautiful. The vibes are wonderful. And it’s in the same plaza as market basket which is super convenient!
