Everytime I go in there they’re always 2-3 ladies hanging by the phone. But everytime I call all of a sudden no one is there to answer the phone. The phone lady needs to find a different job, she keeps taking her frustrations out on ppl I don’t know what she has going on in her personal life but she’s there to do a job. If I could give this place 0 stars. I would.
I’m not sure who’s the person that is answering the phone, but she’s always having a bad day and full of attitude. I’ve called like three times and she makes it seem like she’s too good to do her job…
Very rude woman who answers the phone when you can get past the AI answering system. No one ever calls you back except the office manager who wants to tell me there office rules they have time for thet phone call! Don't go rude rude rude bad customer service!
