Customer service is an unknown here. I was greeted casually by an employee whom seemed to be the owner. There was a non stop conversation among the two employees, and a third one that later joined, across the salon. What I am the most upset about is my experience under the hooded dryer. Not once was I asked if the temperature was okay and the in going conversation made it difficult to say something to them. Usually it gets hot under the hooded dryer, especially with the metal hair pins, but it got to a point where it was unbearable. I interrupted them and asked for the temperature to be lowered.
