Gina was so great for my Mom. Thank you Gina. She cared for my mom over 5 years. My Mom was getting more and more with dementia. Gina knew my mom so well. She would help mom in the bathroom. She was overnight when needed before my mom moved to 24/7 care in a facility. But I was so happy I hired her for a schedule several hours a day. This was a permanent schedule, so when I needed her for different times, when she could, she did. I was never left out because of times. Gina found time and I too rearranged times so we could get what needed to be done. Gina is friendly, quite capable and trained in the needs my mom needed. Gina is compassionate, caring and excellent at what she does. She is on top of things, and is very responsive to any issues that occur. I would wholeheartedly recommend Boston Best Home Care Services
Gina Jean-Baptiste took care of my 95 year old mother for about a year and a half, showing up every morning, and then again in the evening, to help her with ADL such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation and light housekeeping. When my mother needed overnight care, Gina spent the night on a cot, which she brought with her. Gina possesses the two most important qualities that I wanted in a caregiver: kindness and reliability.
