My internet connection stopped working yesterday. After I spent two hours on the phone with Comcast trying to get an actual person to speak to me and making me jump through many hoops to no avail, they finally made an appointment for a technician to come out in 5 days. I then called the Geek Squad and they could not come out for two weeks. I then did some research and found North Shore IT. I called, John answered the phone and he was able to come out in the afternoon on his way home. My internet was up and working within an hour after replacing a couple of cables and a switch. John was referred to me from a neighbor. John has great experience and set up a new computer and printer that were just what I needed. With his knowledge, John has enabled me to do all my work at home. When I have any questions, John always has all the answers and comes to my home.
