When the job was done, the three men sent by Lowe's did a good job. Getting the appointment was very quick, however, they were scheduled to arrive between 8-10 and showed up at 11:30. I had a storm door installed, and no fault of the installers, Lowe's gave them the wrong door. Lowe's even put the wrong information on my order sheet. I called Lowe's and immediately spoke to the manager and corrected the problem. The installers went right back to Lowe's, picked up the correct door and returned in less than an hour. The only thing the men didn't do was clean up. No big deal, I had a broom. LOWE'S-NORTH ATTLEBORO, MASSACHUSETTS
