The crew is known for being punctual and communicating effectively. Customers highly recommend CertaPro for their attention to detail and ability to meet specific requests, making it a top choice for both interior and exterior work. Certa Pro painted an entire downstairs area and kitchen, and the work was detailed and meticulous. They were professional, prompt, courteous, and respectful. Their prices were reasonable, and they were flexible with payment terms. Communication was timely, with questions answered quickly. This was a third experience with the team, who were professional, responsive, and accommodating. The end product was satisfactory, and the company made things right regarding the paint brand and redoing trim with Benjamin Moore. They are a reliable choice for all painting needs, and customers would hire them again but would pay close attention to paint cans upon arrival.
It was a pretty seamless and super easy experience with CertaPro Painters of the South Shore. They made sure to get requirements and did a walkthrough to make sure we were happy with the completion. Everything turned out beautiful and they did a ton of prep to make sure the walls are smooth.
Had a great experience. Worked thoroughly and cleanly. Would definitely use again!
