Placed an order with them and never received the order. It looks like they are out of business. Whoever charges the credit cards is apparently still employed there and I am out $200.

Delivered a back order from an order I placed FIVE YEARS AGO. Delivered it to an address in a state I don't even live in anymore. They told me they would resolve the issue and have fed ex return to the address to pick it up and claim it as a loss but now I'm told there's nothing they can do to help me. So I paid $300 for items that I do not even have and are no where to be found and they can't think of anything to do to fix the situation . Horrible horrible company and poorest customer service I have ever encountered.

Inferior quality or not what was advertised, would not take any responsibility for the disceptive descriptions of the product. Excessive shipping costs, $50 for a $10 by weight shipment. Then a $25 restocking charge and a store credit only not a refund. Do they really think we would purchase from them again?!
