“I had an amazing experience with Gino at Matt’s at the Buzzer. From the moment we walked in, he was professional, patient, and genuinely welcoming. I brought my three boys with me, all of whom have autism, and they were extremely nervous because of bad experiences at other barbershops.

Gino went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. He was respectful, calm, and took his time with each of them, making sure they felt safe and relaxed throughout the entire process. That alone meant a lot to me as a parent.

“The actual best! My son is 2 and we got him a haircut and we got him an appointment with Justin directly for one of his sensory cuts and I honestly can't say enough amazing things. My son's entire appointment went so amazing, from scheduling his appointment online, talking to Justin about my son's personality, Justin approaching my son in a way that didn't make my son feel scared or like something major was about to happen, the way my son was willing to allow Justin into his space and interact with him, that was absolutely amazing in itself! Watching Justin connect with my son and figure out what was going to work best for him, watching my son let Justin connect with him and let him cut his hair was was an absolute blessing! Even though I only speak english (many of the barbers are bilingual) I never have any problem at all communicating with them.
