Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Danny, Jeff and staff at Vertuccio & Smith. Everyone was compassionate, outstanding organization and most of all, they treat their customers like family during a difficult time. Handling of arrangements and planning of services for the day was beyond my expectations, attention to detail was impeccable. We had some special requests, they were accommodating make us feel well cared for. The amount of support I received navigating through all arrangements, I cannot put into words. Danny was always available to me seems like 24/7. My dad passed away on Christmas Day, Danny was in contact with me on that day. I knew on Christmas Eve the time was coming to end, both Jeff and Danny took time away from their families to check in with me . When he should have been spending time with there families. They will forever be grateful in my heart for all the family over the years i have left in their care.
My experiences with Danny and his team were not only very professional but felt extremely personal. I have lost both parents in such a short time span and most recent my brother. From the moment Danny and his team arrived to meet our loved ones to the very last moment of services it was white glove service!
