It had been years since I've had a massage. I finally found a rare day without obligations and did a search to find a nearby massage. I am glad I found The Studio! M is very, very good at this! She asked a couple questions then went to work helping my aching joints and muscles. Thank you.
I'm glad I found Maddie. I am training for my first triathlon and my body is not happy with me. Maddie asked me about my training regimen, where my muscles are tight or sore, and what recovery methods I have been using. She then customized the massage session based upon my needs. Throughout the session, she provided insight into trigger points and how they affect the body. Her knowledge in her field is truly impressive. A day after my first massage with her, I can tell that the areas she worked on have greatly improved.
