I originally brought Fransisco from in for a hardwood flooring project, but he seriously undersells himself, he’s a phenomenal general contractor. What started as flooring quickly turned into a much larger project (thanks to my lovely wife), including hardwood throughout the first floor, knocking down walls, installing two LVL beams, and putting in all new cabinets with a peninsula and breakfast bar.
As with any construction project, there are always challenges. The difference with Fransisco is that he always had a solution ready, and never once tried to upsell or recommend changes just to make more money. I made about 10 changes on the fly mid-project, and every time, he found a way to make it happen without missing a beat.
What really stood out was his reliability and integrity. Not once did he go back on his word when it came to pricing, and when he said his team would be there, they showed up, every single time. The entire project took about 5 weeks, which is incredibly fast considering the scope of work.
I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Fransisco truly helped turn our house into a home, and I’ll absolutely be using him for every future project.

We are so incredibly happy with the work done by Romero Hardwood Floors. Francisco and his team installed pre-finished hardwood flooring in our bedroom and repaired/leveled the subfloor underneath before the install. Not only is the floor absolutely beautiful, but the experience working with them was great as well. Francisco is very nice and easy to communicate with. He answered all of my questions so that I would understand the work being done. The quote was also very detailed and itemized which I really appreciated. The crew was very clean and organized. I hope to work with them on future projects!
