“I went to Blackroom about three weeks ago for a last minute transformation cut and could not be happier still with the experience! I went from a grown out bob to a bixie style cut, and initially booked my appointment wrong and the desk team was so helpful in helping me fix my booking. “A few days ago, I had an appointment with Savannah, and she assisted me during my laser tattoo removal process.
I want to say that I had an excellent experience, the place is beautiful, the attention is wonderful, and Savannah guided me through the process with so much patience.
I had gotten this eyebrow tattoo about six years ago at another place, and it was way too dark for my skin tone. I was very happy with the results from the very first session. Savannah recommended that at least two sessions would be needed to remove it completely, but I was already satisfied after the first one because my eyebrows lightened so nicely.
She also gave me clear aftercare instructions for the following days. Overall, I just want to say that this place is highly recommended, the service is excellent, and I am truly grateful for the care I received that day.“

“Wow! I came in for Bayalage with Natasha and wasn’t sure what to expect, but I had seen her before and knew that she did amazing work! So I trusted her, and I am so glad I did! I was worried because I do have a fair amount of gray however, you would never know because she did it such an amazing job! Lyndsay did my makeup and gave me a mini facial to start - it gave me a second to chill and feel pampered on my wedding day which was so nice. My makeup also lasted the whole night and I didn’t need to retouch anything. Steph did my hair and she did an incredible job and even stuck around after my first look photos to fix my hair for me because it was super windy on my wedding day.
