Our oven decided it would stop working today, a Saturday afternoon, in the midst of this pandemic. We called thinking maybe we’ll hear from someone next week & not sure if we would even find someone willing to come. Eddie answered himself & said he would be here in an hour! He called 10 minutes out & was at our home in an hour! After assessing the problem & repairing (he actually had the needed part on hand) our oven was ready to go within just about 2 hours of our call, in time to make dinner. Exceeded our expectations!
