Twice in the last month they have left a barrel full on yard waste day. Didn’t get the recycling taken another time. How hard is it to see barrels in front of a house and take all the contents.

As you can see from previous reviews company is horrendous. Terrible drivers, terrible timelines over charge for wasted trips because there drivers claim they cant get containers. Call and complain the container is gone within a couple days in same exact location same exact snow volume! Stay far away

Called E-Z Disposal and they did not even know they serviced the Green's in North Reading. They give me a number to Capitol Waste in Revere, which had no idea what they were talking about. Called my property manager who confirmed that E-Z Disposal was the company that services the condos. Called back spoke to the same lady at E-Z Disposal and told her I spoke with my property manager who says they do service the area she pretended like the conversation we had five minutes ago never occurred. Very rude in both conservations. They must be cheap, but service has not been great at all.
Completely reckless driving around in their trash trucks with over 170 condos and cars passing by. Occasionally, they don't even empty the entire trash. In 25+ years of living here I have never seen that.
I do have input with the Board of Directors here on who we use for trash removal and as a management company. Today they contacted to come get my trash, out of the complete confusion on which day we would be serviced because of the storm. I hope this happens.

Highly recommend EZ Disposal Service Inc.!! They always answer the phone, they are dependable, reliable, show up when they said they would if not sooner - our go to for dumpster rentals!

Guy just took my Yard Waste barrel and whipped it across my front yard, breaking the lid off of it. It was nowhere close to 50 lbs, and neatly packed, and has wheels and a handle. Weymouth MA on 9/26/25.

Horrible customer service, very unprofessional and disrespectful company. Ordered a dumpster to our home and because our street is narrow and driveway space as well, it both requires some time and patience to get in, the driver Tony yelled at me, told us to “figure it out” and hung up the phone Alongside the dispatcher became frustrated as well and also yelled through the phone because we couldn’t clear half of the street for them. We asked for a refund, not worth working with people who are quick to anger and can’t find solutions to things that are out of our control.

On April 16, 2025. So I put out the trash and recycle bins for pickup. The trash was picked up, and I assumed the recycling was picked up too. The reason I assumed that was because, two houses down, the neighbors' bin lids were open, and a third neighbor’s recycle bin was sitting crooked—probably from being emptied and put back down. So I figured mine was picked up as well. I didn’t have much in my bin anyway, so it felt light.
I brought it back the day of the recycle pickup, about an hour before realizing the truck came later.
Later on, I heard a truck and looked out the window—at first, I thought it was for yard pickup. Then I realized they were still doing recycling. I ran out the front door just as the truck was about to turn around in the cul-de-sac, which usually requires backing up near my property.
I tried to get the driver's attention to ask if I could roll my bin back down real quick, however, he waved his hand and shrugged it off, then drove away without saying a word.
My recycle bin looked normal—lid closed—so I hadn’t opened it to double-check. I took it for granted based on what I saw with the neighbors'. Technically, sure, I guess it’s my fault for not opening it. But come on, the guy couldn’t even wait two seconds? That was just so unprofessional and rude. It wouldn’t have slowed him down at all. He had to back up near my driveway anyway to turn around, and he still couldn’t give me a second to speak? Seriously?
And it’s not even about missing recycling pickup—I can wait until next week. It’s the principle. The guy had zero decency.
A few years back, I actually caught a similar thing. I was looking out the window early in the morning—same deal, the guy had to back up in the cul-de-sac—and he just decided not to pick up my recycling bin. I called the town immediately, got a hold of the waste management company, and the girl on the phone said they’d send someone out. Of course, no one ever came. I had to wait until the next week. Typical customer service, right?
