They communicate clearly, show up when they say they will, and complete work efficiently without cutting corners. Pricing is always fair and transparent, which we really appreciate for ongoing service at a commercial office complex. They’ve helped us with routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and urgent repairs, and every time they’ve been responsive and dependable. Very happy with Luke’s work! He got me out of a huge bind restoring my heat on the coldest week of the year. He spent the extra time to do a thorough check of the rest of my system after fixing the initial problem. Very professional!

ZACK from start to finish was excellent (he came out to assess the problem and do the estimate). Knowing we were comparing services and prices he worked with us without compromising SS Service or us. Was not the least bit offended knowing he was going up against other companies. He stood behind the quality of the work he knew his company did.We were also given choices knowing that in the midst of a pandemic most businesses (most likely including their own) may have lost huge chunks of revenue. In the end, presenting me with choices meant I will save money on the back end instead of just fixing what was broken they also looked ahead to what my summer might be like!...read full review
