I went in to get my acrylics off and get a regular paint. The tech was awesome. I had lost my real nail on one of my fingers under the acrylic and she was very gentle and professional.

The nail techs are great EXCEPT 1... the girl in the first station. She is rude, abrupt, hurts doing nails, unwelcoming, rushes the job, impatient with customers. I think she's bad for LA Nails business. I wish the owner would see that. I know 2 clients who stopped going because of that tech on station 1. I've witnessed other customers not satisfied with her. She gives LA Nails a bad rap. She always has an attitude and makes me want to take my business elsewhere. Even though I will never go to her again, she makes the visit uncomfortable and unpleasant. Which takes away from the other great nail techs!Services: Dip powder
