This is by far the best tailor I’ve ever been to, and I am not even from Massachusetts. I came here as a last minute for my cousins prom, and they were so accommodating and ATTENTIVE. She is very sweet, and the customer service makes the experience with her even better.
My fiancé and I came here to have a suit altered and two dresses tailored. The work required was quite challenging, but the seamstresses did an outstanding job. They completed all the necessary alterations and adjustments accurately and within the promised timeframe. They were kind, professional, and attentive throughout the process. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and we were very pleased with the final results. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for skilled and reliable tailoring services.
I brought in some work clothes that needed a good wash and they did a decent job, but it took longer than I expected. The staff was friendly, but I wish the turnaround time was a bit quicker.
