I liked Nestor well enough, but he totally ripped me off. He replaced my furnace. He told me that I would be able to get a rebate from MassSave for the new furnace. Of course, they require an efficient model, and he put the cheapest one in, even though I told him exactly what I wanted. I am new to New England, so I was not savvy enough to know that he had scammed me. When I submitted for the rebate, I realized that he put in a single stage furnace without an ECM, and on top of that, it's oversized for my place. I should have taken him to court. Don't fall for his lies.
