Dr. Philibin was a cool dude. Marie was awesome! She was incredibly patience and kind. You can tell she goes above and beyond for guests. I’d highly recommend this office.
Update: The only thing I will say that I didn’t like is the lack of clarity in terms of the options for contacts. The nurse that got me set up let me know that the daily wear contacts are typically more expensive. As a first timer at the office, as well as it being my first official time getting contacts, I would’ve appreciated being brought throw all of my options — especially since I had expressed wanting to save money as best as I could. I had a great experience at this office thanks to Dr. Uddin, the Black woman who gave me my first exam and the two Haitian ladies in the glasses department. Great energy. Great conversations. Dr. Uddin and I had a swift but heartfelt conversation on top of her literally educating me on what’s going on with my eyes. The first doctor to ever help me understand. 10 out of 10 experience!

UPDATE: They made right after seeing my review and fixed my prescription free of charge.
Got my prescription here. The Doctor decided to lower my prescription. I get my glasses, and can’t see as well long distance for them. I call on Friday and they agree to adjust my prescription on Monday free of charge. Get a call on Saturday telling me that just because I didn’t buy my glasses there they weren’t fixing my prescription and cancelling my appointment. Very unprofessional. It isn’t a manufacturing issue, it’s a prescription issue.
