“On Wednesday I ordered assorted anniversary flowers for my wife to be delivered at her school in Randolph the next day. I was told deliveries for teachers were made first thing in the morning. The flowers were not delivered until 3 pm and some were wilted and turning brown. My wife sent a picture of the flowers and to their credit they immediately delivered a fresh batch of flowers. Still, the flowers were overpriced at $80 not including tax and delivery.Update. I wasn’t expecting nor sought a refund but such was provided for me. True there was a snafu with the delivery and the original poor condition of the flowers but I appreciate their response. My updated rating is 4 of 5.”
