I'm from out of town and wanted to surprise my mom on Mother's Day. I've been disappointed with FTD.com so figured I'd go local for reliability and just to help small businesses...I ordered and they did. It get to my mom yesterday as expected. I left a phone number and would have thought they would call but they did not. When I called the store the owner picked up and literally just started yelling at me....saying they got delivered etc etc. then ends up they put it on the side of the house - again maybe delivered but it's now the day after so effect is killed. Also, it was cold last night so flowers are now dying. My issues is actually less with the poor communication...read full review

I am very disappointed with this shop. I am all for supporting local business, but the service I received was not at all on par with expectations. I ordered roses for my first wedding anniversary. The person who delivered them did not call me, as I requested, and the roses arrived very late (I found them at 7pm, but I checked many times earlier).The vase toppled and I found the roses on the ground, mostly ruined by the asphalt and the wet weather. Given how expensive the service was and how poor the result, I will ask for a refund and avoid future business with this shop.

This florist ruined what was supposed to be a funeral full of beautiful flowers for my dear grandma. My family ordered flowers over the phone on Thursday and I ordered online on Saturday. On the day of the funeral none of the flowers showed up. I called and was given the excuse that they were closed over the weekend so they couldn’t fulfill the order. Then why take the order then. My family was devastated. Thank God that I had ordered my and my mom’s arrangement from Olympia otherwise my poor grandma would have no flowers.
