Placed an online order for flowers to be delivered to the funeral home down the street. They never delivered nor called me with any issues. Tried to call and email numerous times and was finally able to reach them just to find out that they tried calling me only 1 time to ask about my credit card info. I’ve never received a call, a voicemail nor a reply via email. The invoice clearly has my correct phone number and email. There’s no excuses what so ever. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Don’t waste your time, money and energy with this business.

I bought a terrarium from them online, it never came. It cost $100. I called and the woman answered and said she would look into it, then proceeded to dodge my calls for weeks, and also ignored my phone calls. There is no way to contact them, so they essentially stole $100 from me.

I had just come out of the hospital and very vulnerable. My son sent me flowers for my birthday which happens to be the day before St. Patricks Day and I am not irish. It appears the main flowers they had in stock were green for the holiday and I was delivered what looked like to be a one sided funeral arrangement adorned in big clusters of cheap sprayed green flowers with some berries and 3 so tight roses that looked like they never would open. I saw this and got upset and refused the delivery which upset my son and I had to apologize to him for the florist sending me something that belonged at a Christian funeral instead of a birthday.
