Modern Dog has taken care of our dog’s grooming for years! She’s very frail and elderly now and Charlie and Jack were incredibly kind and careful with her today. I can’t express how comforting it was to know that they would take the extra time to help our girl get cleaned up and feel good. Thank you, Charlie!

I've known Charles and Emily for years, great customer service, flexibility, and kindness for animals makes me keep coming back. They can always gets my difficult dog's nails done & carry the best stuffy toys for my dog who is a major toy destroyer. 10/10 people & local business.

They lie and tell you to bring your dog in for a nail trim even though they don't actually make appointments for nail trims. It's just a waste of your time to get you in the door and then make you wait 20 minutes. Totally unprofessional. Faster to make the drive to Charlestown and go to WAGS where they have actual customer service! Don't bother with this bougie place, it's all flash and no substance.

Charles and his whole team are fantastic! Our dog is super anxious. Even when we moved pretty far away, we still make the trip to take him to Modern Dog every few weeks. They take great care of him and make sure he's okay the whole time. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality groomers or daycare!
