We had our old deck dismantled and rebuilt with SM Construction and we are very pleased with the result. James and Steven were great. They gave us a very fair estimate on our wheelchair accessible ramp compared to other contractors. They produced a contract right away and offered to pull the permits themselves. They did an excellent job when it came to the build - the frame is strong, trex walkway, and vinyl railings and post covers looked great. These guys are perfectionists. Their clean-up was immaculate as well. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great reno/new build contractor!
