During the dead of winter, I accidentally smashed my bathroom window, a 30+-year-old double-hung Anderson. These guys showed up the same day, removed the damaged sash and boarded up the opening. They returned the very next day and installed the repaired sash. Everything works great and looks great. The cost was less than half what it would have been to replace the entire window and I was back in business in a little more than 24 hours.After the fact, I realized that I had left some of my wife's valuables in plain view, where they would have been incredibly easy to snatch.
