“I'm writing to share my incredibly positive experience at South Shore Sports. Having visited numerous physical therapy clinics over the years, I can confidently say this one stands apart. My experience with Gary, Amy, and Neil was truly exceptional. Their expertise is evident, not only in their highly effective treatment techniques, but also in their commitment to patient education and guidance.

They didn't just treat my injury; they empowered me to understand the recovery process fully. They provided clear explanations, practical advice for home exercises, and ongoing support to ensure I was following the best path toward a complete recovery. Physical therapy, as they emphasized, isn't a quick fix; it's a journey that requires active participation and commitment from the patient. Their dedication to fostering this understanding was invaluable.

What truly sets this practice apart is the palpable passion and compassion of the entire team. The positive and energetic atmosphere created by Gary, Amy, and Neil made each session not just productive, but also uplifting and encouraging. Their genuine care and dedication far exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.“

“I have been doing PT with Lynn once weekly for several months and am so glad to have found her. In the past, I've done PT at hospital PT centers and never felt as thought the exercises integrated all the physical issues I have been dealing with. Lynn understands this, and has worked with me to find exercises that address my entire person. She can work with the shoulder, neck, arm, lower back, and movement issues all together.

She's patient, knowledgeable, gentle, and has a great sense of humor. I've never felt rushed, and it's lovely to do PT in her calming office space, instead of in the large hospital PT settings with lots of noise and distractions.

She's also great at cranial-sacral therapy. In the past I never found a practitioner of this modality who impressed me. Lynn is very in touch with energy flow and I've gotten quite a bit of relief from sessions with her. They are billed to insurance as PT sessions also, which is great.“

Overall, I am very pleased with my experience here.“

“Barry is terrific, he uses a multi discipline approach to create a unique health plan for me. As an older former athlete, with multiple joint replacements, I have many issues that need to be addressed. Surgeons cut, massage people rub, but Barry solves problems that everyone else can't!“

“Over last 30 years of 14 joint surgeries I have had over a dozen PTs and alas am something of a connoisseur. The three I have worked with at JV Wayland Mass. are all expert and clinically savvy but the latest, Brian Davis, is at the very top: practical, imaginative, resourceful, realistic, just full of ideas and even minor change suggestions. Really smart and clinically informed and grounded.“

“I had an excellent experience with Kendall. With the help of her program I was able to go from sleepless nights due to knee pain to almost total recovery. She gave me a program to use after we were finished with our sessions to continue rehab on my own. She is a pleasure to work with. I can highly recommend her if you are in need of PT. Thank you Kendall!“

“Andy was truly great with treating my vertigo. He listened intently as I explained what happened leading up to the vertigo episode, then he thoroughly explained the Epley Maneuver and demonstrated the positions he would put me through. He was very gently in his approach, being mindful of my dizziness. I was very thankful his diagnosis and treatment allowed me to be relieved of BPPV in one visit.“

“I went in to see Dr. Morley with pain down my left leg that woke me up at night and would not allow me to get comfortable. I even had gone to an ER, where the doc told me it likely was just restless leg syndrome and take some Tylenol. Sure. That didn’t work. She probed and decided that some of the soft tissues were rather severely inflamed, then massaged, stretched, used some sort of electro-stimulator gizmo and gently manipulated. She then showed me hip stretches and an easy core strengthening exercise that even could be done in bed. All that gave some relief, stretching and ibuprofen that night helped reduce the pain more, and after 2 more days, the pain was gone and I could move more freely and without pain. Periodic “tune-ups” with her since then have kept the hip flexible and the pain away.“
