14 Alleyne St, Quincy“I’ve never been someone who could keep a gym routine going and wasted a lot of money on gym memberships - but I’ve been going to A Healthy Balance for personal training with Alicia and her team for a few years now and love it. It’s really made a difference in my fitness level and strength. It was very noticeable over the last few months while skiing - my body didn’t get as tired and my legs weren’t sore like they normally would have been.
I’ve been recommending AHB to all my friends and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to start or increase their fitness routines!“

She takes the time to explain each step of the process, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in her care. The place itself is spotless, peaceful, and well-organized. After just a few sessions, I’m already seeing real improvement. Highly recommend!“

277 Newport Ave, Quincy“One of the best massages I have gotten to date! The workers are incredibly friendly and really take their time on all the troublesome areas. I got a couples massage and we both thoroughly enjoyed. Right after walking out we knew we'd be coming back for more. The only reason I am giving it a 4/5 is because the location is on a busy street and I could hear the cars beeping/going by mid massage, even with the calming music playing.“
“Maggie is the best! She just knows where the knots are and gets rid of them all! My favorite hour of every month. I have had hundreds of massages and have extreme pain and tightness in my shoulders and upper back. NO ONE has ever given me the relief that I get from Maggie. She is truly amazing!!“

I was greeted by LuLu and as soon as I walked in the door I could feel the tranquility starting and stress letting go. She was very professional and asked all of the right questions and she addressed all of the tension my body was feeling. this was without a doubt the best massage I have ever gotten and I consider myself lucky to have found LULU. I will make this a step in the right direction for my better health. I will return on a regular basis“

350 Hancock St, Quincy“One of the better spots in Quincy for deep tissue work. I had neck pain and my wife had back pain so we were in desperate need of someone to work out the knots. Joe was able to give us the relief that we were seeking though I was sore afterwards and the next day. It's going to be tough and painful but it works. Definitely don't come here if you are looking for a soothing, relaxing Swedish massage.Joe is very friendly and approachable and took all the necessary COVID precautions to make you feel comfortable. This is a no-frills, small operations so set your expectations accordingly. Scheduling is done via email instead of the website. Joe was quick to respond, and we were able to figure out a time via text and email. He does take credit cards but it's quicker to transact in cash if you can.“

25 School St B2, Quincy“I was referred to Dr Jay through one of my friends. I called him to set up my appointment and Michelle was amazing with a quick follow up text with address and directions. The facility is really clean and Dr Jay spent some time first assessing my issues and then making adjustments based on my issues. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and really nice. He also did a residency in Buffalo, New York, where I’m from, so that added bonus points. I will be going back since it is really convenient for me and first class for years to come. Thanks again!“
