Over the past ten years Bill Kennedy and his friendly and competent crew have done major kitchen and bathroom renovations to our two homes in Somerville and Roslindale. Last year they removed our old decrepit front porch in Roslindale and replaced it with one that is much more functional and attractive. Bill and his team meet deadlines, are great problem solvers, and contribute good design ideas along the way. We would not consider using any other form but Kennedy Home Building and Remodeling for our home improvement needs.

I hired Bill and his crew to remodel my house, a major undertaking. Bill walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions.. Bill and his crew were exceptional. Quality workmanship, professional , great work ethics stayed on budget and on schedule. Bill so experienced in his field that he tweaked architects plans to our advantage. We have used Bill Kennedy at both of our homes on various projects; office gut, bathroom remodel, bathroom addition, sunroom gut/remodel. He has been exceptionally communicative, detail oriented, and has always provided sound advice that makes us feel confident in our choices. We have more work to be done with our kitchen and bathrooms and plan to use him for it all. We’re so glad we found him!

Bill and his team recently completed a 'full gut' bathroom remodel for us. Cannot say enough about the final product, the process and the communication. Each day Bill would text and tell us who was showing up for the day and what they would accomplish. His guys were here every day, not skipping from job to job. His team and subs were professional, courteous, always paying attention to not being in our way and carefully cleaned up at the end of every day. Highly recommend Bill and will certainly be inviting them back for the next project!!
