I have used Hub Appliance several times for various issues with my kitchen appliances and the service has always been excellent. Al and the staff that answer the phone are always pleasant and professional.

HUB Appliance recently provided timely and exceptional service to my dishwasher. They showed up when they said they would and quickly located the problem. The repair part had to be ordered, which they took care of an installed once they received it. I had use HUB in the past and their service and performance remains great. Highly recommended.

I wrote an earlier review that said they didn't show up for my appointment. I reached the president of the company and he apologized, sent a technician who fixed my oven, and offered not charge me.
