Yes I read everyone’s reviews, but I reached out to them anyway. The entire process from start to finish was great. The intake department was open and honest about their long wait list for therapy and yes they recommended i get on their practices wait list as well, to me this is showing they care. I met with a Nurse Practitioner, our meet and great, this gave me the opportunity to make sure we were a good fit. Everyone was kind, caring and eager to assist me along the way. I am now realizing the nasty reviews were more than likely made by people who couldn't get their way! I recommend you give them a try yourself.
