Heating problem, Jim came out and diagnose the problem and fixed it. The price was very resonable and in addition, Jim provide some expert knowledge on other projects I had. If you’ve found Jim, you don’t need to worry any longer. He’s professional, responsive and ultra talented. Our boiler died in the middle of February and he was there the next day and had a new tankless system installed 2 days later. It’s a work of art. Can’t recommend him highly enough!!! This is an unusual review because I didn't end up using Jim's services. We needed a new heat pump installed in my dad's condo unit, and my dad decided on a different company to do the work because of factors unrelated to Jim & his professionalism. But I wanted to leave a great review for Bulldog because Jim was the first to answer our call, and he also offered a free and very fair quote. He also offered to help us figure out a temporary solution to cool my dad down while we waited for the unit to be replaced.
