If you’ve found Jim, you don’t need to worry any longer. He’s professional, responsive and ultra talented. Our boiler died in the middle of February and he was there the next day and had a new tankless system installed 2 days later. It’s a work of art. Can’t recommend him highly enough!!! This is an unusual review because I didn't end up using Jim's services. We needed a new heat pump installed in my dad's condo unit, and my dad decided on a different company to do the work because of factors unrelated to Jim & his professionalism. But I wanted to leave a great review for Bulldog because Jim was the first to answer our call, and he also offered a free and very fair quote. He also offered to help us figure out a temporary solution to cool my dad down while we waited for the unit to be replaced. Jim is top-notch, and I have no doubt that his workmanship matches his fairness and professionalism. I will certainly be using him for any issues I have in the future, and you should too!

Jim repaired some leaking pipes on our tankless water heater. The company no longer made the manifold design so Jim had to get all the proper sized brass fittings to make it look and function properly. It looks better now than it did before. This is the third job I've used Bulldog for and I can't recommend them enough. Quality work and great people.

I had a problem with my central AC and left a message. Got a call back within the hour. Soon after, Jim was at my house and quickly fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. He also spent time educating me on my system, which I really appreciated. Great guy and a real pro.

If there was a sixth or seventh star, Jim would get it. He's absolutely incredible. Our boiler went out in the middle of a cold snap, and we had pipes crack in the house. Jim was there that same day, and within 48 hours had removed the ancient boiler and installed a new high efficiency boiler / on demand hot water system that is a work of art. It hangs off the walls, but looks like it should be hanging in a museum.....Not only is his work exceptional, but he's just a great guy. He's professional, friendly, honest, reliable and takes time to explain what's going on in language that even I understood. He's the only guy I'm calling moving forward, and I highly recommend him. Had a plumber come out give me a quote on my tankless water heater an water hook up on my fridge and a new water pump install that I already bought the parts too. He quoted me 16,000 for everything. I had another company come up and quoted me 11,000 for the same work. Folks always get multiple quotes!!!
