The day I met John Boey was when my husband had him come over to see what we could rent our house for. We had been told by another realtor that our house would not sell that high so we decided to rent. John Boey had a look around and said “why are you not selling”? We told John what the other realtor quoted and he said “I can have this house on the market for X and it will sell for X.” With the utmost of confidence, he quoted 40K higher than the previous realtor.
